All Transmissions, and Components will be shipped via common carrier either prepaid or C.O.D. All shipments will be insured for loss or damage. |

| CLAIMS: |
All claims for damaged parts due to shipping must be made directly with the carrier |

| WARRANTY: |
All new FB Performance transmissions are warranted for (6) months from the date of purchase. During this period, FB will repair or replace at its option any part that has been determined to have failed due to defective materials or workmanship. All torque converters are warranted for (1) year. A free stall adjustment is available on Full Race & Extreme Duty torque converters within (90) days of purchase date. Transmission and Converter (T & C) warranty is subject to the following conditions: Rebuliding of transmission is limited to replacing of all friction materials, gaskets, and seals. There will be an additional charge for parts that are damaged as a result of the following:
- Improper transmission cooling - (T & C)
- Low fluid level conditions - (T & C)
- Improper adjustment or calibration - (T)
- A defective torque converter - (T)
- Low engine vacuum conditions - (T)
- Improper equipment installation (T & C)
This warranty does not cover the following:
a. Transmission case breakage.
b. Planetary gear set failure due to "tire-shake", misuse of trans-brake, or case or carrier breakage.
c. Pump or turbine fin breakage due to excessive trans-brake usage at high engine rpm.
d. Transmission or Converter failure due to improper installation or maintenance; failure to provide adequate cooling or maintaining proper fluid level; misuse or abuse; unauthorized repairs; removal or replacement costs; shipping charges; transmission fluid; damage to related parts; costs incurred due to vehicle downtime and normal wear and tear.
e. Transmission failure due to breakage or misuse of other components such as the drive shaft or torque converter.
f. Any transmission that was previously built by another company (or individual) and repaired or upgraded by FB. In this case FB will only warranty the components that were used for the repair or upgrade.

| RETURNS: |
All equipment must be returned intact (no item will be accepted if it has been disassembled). No equipment or components will be accepted for return without a return authorization from FB . All parts that are returned upon approval, must be shipped freight prepaid. All returns are subject to our inspection, and no cash returns are available. They are subject to a 20% restocking charge and only credit can be issued toward other purchases. |
