- Fill out the "Converter Application Form" to determine correct converter size & stall rpm.
- Specify shifter to be used in order to have proper shift lever installed on trans.
- When retrofitting the 4STB, the drive-shaft and yoke will have to be changed.
- All transmissions with converters and related equipment will ship by Freight in a special container. There's a $95.00 deposit for this container. Upon return the deposit will be refunded.
- "Full Race" Torque Converters with anti-ballooning plates are required for use with Trans-brake applications.
- ALL converters require an internal bushing and mating spline for the input shaft of the 4STB
- A torque converter with a lowered stall rpm (tighter) should be used with the VSC - Variable Stall Control system.
